New Hampshire Preservation Alliance presented the City of Manchester and Manchester School District with a 2015 Preservation Achievement Award for last year's restoration of Hallsville School Clock and Tower.
The clock and bell atop Hallsville School were out of working order for 23 years before the school hosted a re-dedication of the building's clock tower in April 2014.
The Preservation Alliance is the statewide non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of New Hampshire’s historic buildings, landscapes and communities through leadership, education and advocacy.
