MST culinary programs to benefit from FeedNH.org fundraiser!

T he  Great NH Restaurants' Charitable Trust drive to raise funds for local non-profit organizations is  ending November 16 : T ​he​   Thanks for Giving  fundraiser  has chosen  FeedNH.org  as the beneficiary for this year's campaign.  The  Manchester School of Technology Culinary Arts Program  is one of four local non-profit organizations that will share the proceeds of this fundraising effort. ​ MST students provide many hours of community service and this is a great way to support and thank them for their efforts!​ How does it work? Manchester School of Technology High School Report Card Notice

MST HS will be mailing home the 4th quarter report cards today along with a copy of your child's transcript and a letter from Principal White. There may be up to 8 pages in this envelope. If you do not get your 2nd or 3rd year child's report card by Friday, October 3rd, please call MST at 624-6490. Thank you for your patience!

MST students prove they have "Skills"

Students from the Manchester School of Technology are celebrating their medal-worthy accomplishments at the SkillsUSA New Hampshire Leadership competition this month. MST received three gold medals, three silver medals and two bronze medals in the categories of customer service, esthetics, job interview, job skills demonstration, and prepared speech. SkillsUSA is a national organization serving high school and college students who are enrolled in vocational training programs. MST sent a team to the state contest on  March 14 at the Seacoast School of Technology. Airport Diner Supports Manchester School of Technology: Spaghetti Dinner on Jan. 21, 2014!

All-You-Can-Eat Spaghetti Dinner for $10 on Tuesday, January 21, 2014! The Common Man’s Airport Diner in Manchester is hosting an all-you-can-eat spaghetti supper to assist the Manchester School of Technology (MST) in raising funds for student programs and activities. On Tuesday, January 21 from 4 – 7 p.m., diners who order the spaghetti supper, which includes spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic bread, a salad and a non-alcoholic beverage, will be assisting the school’s fundraising efforts. Five dollars of every $10 meal sold will benefit MST’s programs. Tax and gratuity are not included in the dinner price. MST’s Culinary Program Director Mike Holfelder said the school has gone from offering vocational programs for juniors and seniors to being a full-time, four-year high school. This change has caused the need to build up reserves for student programs such as the yearbook committee, student council and other activities, said Holfelder.  Tickets are not needed for this event. ...
